30 - 40 cm can be good, yours 60 cm is high i guess.

I agree with Whitey. We could guess and throw numbers at you. But your best option is a PPFD app . And tentbuddy I'd recommend since it's easy to use and has another function for DLI And VPD on app . That's the best thing honestly your phone can be used , it's not 100% accurate but it gets u in the right ranges. Tentbuddy , is the best option for u here. Best of luck!

Download tent buddy it has a PPFD reader that uses your front camera and it will give a pretty good idea where you should have your lights.. but if ya can't about 14 to 16 inches would be where I would want to be

Yellowing leaves & tips curling down on 14th day. Coco / Autopot / Hesi / Mars Hydro fc-1500 Would gladly use some help with my first grow 🙏 2 main reasons come to mind after googling: 1. I overwatered thinking it's hard to do since I'm using the Air dome. 2. Too intense light. Was checking a lot of growers that actually grow 24/0 and went for it 75% 40cm.

2 plants, 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000’s, need help with pot size/tent size configuration My plan is to flower these 2 girls in a SCROG under 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000s (2x300W actual). I’m debating whether to flower them in 5 gallon plastic pots in a 2x4, 10 gallon pots in a 2x4, or 10 gallon pots in a 4x4. Does more area = more yield, or am I thinking about this wrong?

Canopy clearance I'm growing a photoperiod and been using the SF1000d light. Having to run the light much closer to the canopy than suggested during the entire process. I'm in flower currently and she still looks healthy as close as 6 inches from the light. Is this normal? Is my light below spec?

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent. Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.
