I agree with Whitey.
We could guess and throw numbers at you. But your best option is a PPFD app . And tentbuddy I'd recommend since it's easy to use and has another function for DLI And VPD on app .
That's the best thing honestly your phone can be used , it's not 100% accurate but it gets u in the right ranges.

Download tent buddy it has a PPFD reader that uses your front camera and it will give a pretty good idea where you should have your lights.. but if ya can't about 14 to 16 inches would be where I would want to be

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
