How much light does a seedling need?

Is there a limit to what it can use? Could an LED grow bulb a couple inches away provide enough light? Up to what age? Thank you so so much. My first grow and I really appreciate it! Specifically this one https://www.gelighting.com/led-bulbs/e2624/ge-grow-balanced-spectrum-br30#

They don't need much! That should work fine for starting them in the seedling stage! Then ramp it up for Veg!! Cheers and happy growing!

thank you friends for all the help :) I should have mentioned the plants are destined for outdoor. The current ones I started got stretchy with a LED desk light (not sure wattage, not a bulb), so I'm going to try a mix of this bulb + outdoor sunshine and see how goes.

they need strong light fairly early or you will get weak, stertchy plants. if it falls over and healthy otherwise, the light is too intense. That light would be excellent for clones that need minimal light.. .but 16umol/s isn't going to grow much. MAybe directyl over 1 seedling with somethign reflecting light back in small area too? if it doesn't stretch, it is enough.

Remember that watts from the wall in terms of led lights = yield. The bigger the better! Just take into account the height you have to work with and then look for a lighting setup that will max what you can handle!
