When should I start to see flowers after the flip?

When should I expect noticeable flowers to start forming after switching to 12/12? This strain is a photoperiodic fast-flowering strain of 7-8 weeks in bloom. It's been about 2 now, so just curious if it is typical to not see anything yet, and how long is too long. Thanks!

So usually after 14 days you’d see some action but I’m thinking cuz you flipped only 30ish days into Veg could be the delay. The plant will not initiate flower until It has reached a certain sexual maturity basically - even if it’s under 12/12 that whole time. Usually it will be around day 30-45 in my experience that its mature enough to initiate flower. Hope that made sense. Interesting thing is when you have a mother plant that’s 6 months old - clones from it will trigger so quick because of the age of the plant. It’s basically the “trigger” time that’s delayed a bit cuz it’s so young. But you should be seeing signs very soon or something’s up

Ezzjaybruh is right, what no one seems to have mentioned yet is that all cannabis plants have a preflower stage. For autos that lasts about 1 week, for photos about 2, for fast flowers? I would guess somewhere in between. You don't usually notice much difference at all for the first couple of weeks. The first sign I have noticed is a slight yellowing to all the new growth. It's still green but brighter, within 1-2 weeks following this, pistils will start popping out all over. 1-2 more weeks and frost will appear. :D

It really depends on the strain and the genetics to 100% honest, I flipped mine and it took 18 days to see some really noticeable growth but after that they exploded, every plant is different and to make a guess is just a guess really, unless you're super familiar with a strain and have grown it plenty then ya it's a guess, of they go any longer then 21 to 28 days I might worry but I've never had to wait that long
