Some strains need more time to show the first signs of flowering that's why i always start counting 2 weeks later than I start the 12/12 cycle that's why they called it "visible flowering" but some strains need more time but I think in week 3 you will see first signs of flowering, good luck 🤞

There’s no female pollen per se. There are female parts such as stigmas/pistils and bracts and I’m not seeing those in this photo

Nitrogen toxicity was previously an issue.
