The coloring of your photos makes it a little hard to give you an answer. I don't think I'm seeing amber quite yet and the plant's natural fade hasn't really ripened... so I'd give her at least another week.
WHEN you chop is going to be determined by what you want from your smoke - if you want only a head high, then chop when the trichs are all cloudy (and they seem to be there now).... if you want some relaxation in the mix, you'll need to see about 10-20% amber and if you want to be couchlocked, you'll need to wait until there's about 30-40% amber. Waiting longer than that will see the THC start to degrade and nobody wants that!
