I'm on the 1st day of week 8 of a green crack auto. The plant seems super small. She is about 12 inches tall. Have I done something wrong? This is my first grow.

Yeah, for this age plant, it's pretty small - but that's not going to prevent you from getting a harvest and, since this is your first grow, you should count ANY harvest as a resounding success! I agree with AmsterdamGrower in that she does look very dry... plants of this age are usually drinking a LOT every day! Lift your pot up - if it feels lightweight, give it some water/feed... But then you've also said you ran out of nutrients ... so this is going to have a negative effect on her and will probably send her to harvest without any more growth or fattening of the buds. For your next grow, make sure you're using some good cannabis-specific nutrients and, if you're growing an autoflower again, use only 1/4-1/2 the dose given in the feedcharts of the nute line... Have enough on hand to last you through the entire grow and make sure they include grow nutes and bloom nutes. If you can afford it, have a PK booster that you can start adding when your plant gets to week 2 or 3 of flower... Good luck!

Grow photoperiod fems in the future and avoid autoflower disappointment would be my suggestion.

Dont know but your soil looks dry. Also it seems theres no perlite in it. Next grow you could benefit from good soil. Could be lights also or genetics (autoflowers do what they are)
