If it's only a week old, it's fine. If it's already 2 or 3 weeks, just kill it. Very hard to tell in the picture, but it looks like its having heat problems. If you take a better picture and describe what you are seeing a little better, I'm sure we can get you a better answer.

Small plant thin stems ?Growing autoflowers in greenhouse in Euro climate. I’m finding that my plants end up with thin stems but of average height. Yields are small but only using 7gallon pots with water only. Any ideas on why that is ?

The lil guy: different strain or early flowering causing reduced height?I really wonder how this guy can have so many flowers, while being half as tall as the two big ones? Maybe it started to flower early, or there was a mistake on SensiSeeds’ side and it’s a different strain?
