Slow grow,still hope ?

I planted my ready seeds in to the soil on the 22nd of June. There was almost no sun for couple of weeks in UK.
One plant has started to grow but second one does not grow or grow very slowly. Is it still hope to grow something good from the plants ?
How to speed up the proccess?

У твоего больного растения наблюдаются проблемы с развитием корневой системы и общим ростом над поверхностью субстрата! Всё это от одной твоей ошибки - слишком частый и большой полив! В таком возрасте ему достаточно вносить 200ml полива, по кругу от растения, чтоб его корни росли вширь, в поисках влаги! Давай просыхать 2-3 сантиметрам поверхности субстрата, а только после - поливай! Не заливай растение, друг! Его ещё можно спасти! 😇👆

Dark leaves and short/compact plant18 days from seedling. Dark and a bit rumpled/twisted leaves. Branches are coming out but they don't have much space to breathe from the big leaves. Started topping with some chicken manure pellets, too much nitrogen? Also, the 36W LED lamp is only 20 cm away.

slow growthI saw some diaries of the same Strawberry Chescake Auto, and in the second week they already have the second pair of leaves. I planted mine on 05/18 indoors and without any rooters and now they are showing the first signs of a second pair of leaves.

1 of my plants looks differentAny info on the middle plant in the first photo. it’s smaller and seems to be more dense then the other 2 it’s odd. Same seeds as the others is it just odd genetics ? The fan leaves have been fatter and wider. Seems completely healthy.
