Slow grow,still hope ?

I planted my ready seeds in to the soil on the 22nd of June. There was almost no sun for couple of weeks in UK.
One plant has started to grow but second one does not grow or grow very slowly. Is it still hope to grow something good from the plants ?
How to speed up the proccess?

Hey, buddy! 👋😇
Your sick plant is having issues with root system development and overall growth above the substrate! All of this is due to one mistake you made - watering too frequently and too much! At this age, it only needs about 200ml of water, around the plant, so its roots can grow wide in search of moisture! Let the top 2-3 centimeters of the substrate dry out before watering again! Don't drown the plant, buddy! It can still be saved! 😇👆

The stem on small plant is very strong comparing to another one as well which has leaves

I'm worried they will stay small , is there eny simple whey to slow down this process , they are outside.I need a bit of help. The leaves stopped showing yellow edges, the only thing that's strange they are Pheno's, and some 30-35cm tall, but the hulkberry is already showing signs of preflowering, do someone know a way to slow down a process, and help them gain some height and mass.

Outdoor autoflower plants to short?Are my outdoor autoflower plants growing good? this is my first time growing cannabis so i dont know how big they should be. Poor AutoIs this worth keeping? At this stage im starting to feel im wasting time/nutes.This had ph issues from rockwool and after transplanting, showing all kinds of deficiencies (related to ph i think) grew a couple cm now stunted and looks like its reveging. Big one for the books! Aha

Special Queen from RQS growing in an unusual patternThis plant suffered stress from heat on week 1, so its growth was delayed from the other plants. By week 4, its height was about half of the others. She also split its branches (twice!) and is growing in a very different pattern than the others. Does anyone know the reason why?
