Yellow discoloration again

I'm annoyed by having to post another question but oh well. Yesterday evening I increased the PAR from 370 to 400 in center. This morning the top fan leaves were pointing straight up and so I raised the lights a little. I later looked and saw discoloration. Light burn?

I would tend to agree with ya, just do what your doing for a couple days and see if they get worse it could be a minor magnesium deficiency and if so a bit of Calmag or Epson salt tsp per 3.6 L should bring it around..

I agree with Whiteybulger1814, it's just a bit of calcium deficiency, that lighter part will tend to turn brown. If you correct the deficiency right away, the spots will be smaller, but you won't have too many problems anymore.

A few days ago, 3 of my girls started wilting and turning yellow from the top down. Figured I must be over watering them so let them dry out (checked with soil tester) then flushed with PH water but no change
They're in 4th week of 60/40 batmix so not fed them yet

BioBizz all-mix, 3.5gal pots, 450w-led , NL-Auto; Royal Queen seeds.
So far I have only fed them root juice.
I overwatered the seedlings at the time. the all mix is still wet to this day.
three of my plants have a leaf with a light spot.

Fast yellowing in older and middle leaves, small buds.Hi guys, I need your help on this one, this is a completely organic grow under a FC-6500 light which is 60cm at 100% power, it can't be light stress because the tops are fine.This yellowing happened fast in the span of 4 days.PH shouldn't be an issue since I calibrate regurarly.
