Check for Fungas Gnats around the top soil/medium, can sometimes come in the soil itself.
Regardless of the bug, throw some Diatomaceous Earth around the base of your plant which is a organic micro silica that doesn't harm plants or soil but keeps small bugs at bay.
It acts as a silica supplement when you water it in too! 💪
