The root pouch ones I use some in 1,2,5,7,10 gals options and I really like them.
However
If you are doing Sea Of Green, then you can so multiple small pots. as you just grow them out and don't do much to them.
but if you want to use any other growing techniques, like LST or topping then do a bigger base.
Bigger bases mean bigger roots and bigger roots equal more yields.
Someone told me 100W per plant. So if your 380w, try for 4, but if its tight then go down to 2 or 3.
experiment and find what works best for you. because we all grow differently.
