Hi yes it looks like magnesium early deficiency! Whats your medium you are growing in ? Usually in coco which wasnt buffered you will experience Mg deficiencys ! When i experience that in coco and i didn't buffer my coco I Usually add Mono Magnesium from Canna extra ! If you grow under Leds u should anyway supplement some Calcium magnesium fertilizer! So I would at a bit more magnesium together with what i normaly feed but check that your EC is not getting to high! I Usually lower my Basis Fertilizer a bit and add extra magnesium and after a week they should be looking good again !I would feed in coco ph 5.9-6.4 because thats when magnesium is best available in coco for plants ;) ! check your run off Ec sometimes it gets too high which will cause th ph to lower also in the medium and suddenly magnesium is not available for the ladies anymore ! Don't worry to much a mg deficiency is not that bad in the end and can be fixed easy Usually ✌️🏻! I would not check my run off ph in coco because it flactuates so much , for example you could feed with an intake ph of 5.8 but and your run off could be 7.0 ph and than people think ok if its that high i just lower my ph and feed with 5.0 next time to have the right ph in my medium and than they mess up their medium completely 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😄 my recommendation is to not check the run off PH but to check always the run off EC ! When your runn off ec is to high than you can feed with a lower ec the next time and expect the run off to be lower too, it works with Ec but i would definetly not do that with th PH values, for the ph value it is most important that the intake water has the right PH !

New growth on plants is usually a lighter color. All i see is a healthy plant.

Magnesium is mobile, would show on lower leaves first. Could be calcium Could just be new rapid growth not yet full of chlorophyll. Could be too much light, light too close Could be start of overwatering. Could be ph.

Looks that way. Best way to check is put a flash light under the leaf and look at it under the bright light coming through. It us showing magnesium, but could be sign of worse issue starting. Check substrate ph would also be the first thing I would do. Run off ph will tell you what your substrate is at.
