The nutrient you're giving her has no phosphorus in it at all and this is most likely the problem... plants in flower need a lot of P and K and a little bit of N. Your nutes have a 2.5-0-6 NPK ... I would recommend, if you can get it, some KoolBloom liquid from General Hydroponics... it has an NPK of 0-10-10 and would be an ideal supplement to your bloom nutes.
And btw, don't ever think that your grow will be harvested when the seed seller says it will be... that's usually the BEST you can expect but not guaranteed... they just want to sell seeds and if they give a quick harvest estimate, they'll probably sell more seeds. Just listen to the plant... she'll tell you when she's ready.
