Should i defoliate some?

Looks like the plant has recovered nicely after the topping from previous week.
I refrained from defoliating right after topping her.
Seems like 4 branches are forming symmetrically (correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm thinking about defoliating below those 4.

Irgendwelche Tipps ?
Sollte ich kleine Triebe entferne oder doch dran lassen bin immer dabei Blätter zu entferne und wollte auch nochmal neu binden.
