Should i defoliate some?

Looks like the plant has recovered nicely after the topping from previous week. I refrained from defoliating right after topping her. Seems like 4 branches are forming symmetrically (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm thinking about defoliating below those 4. What do you think? THX!

Growtent Temperature So my Growbox is in a new place wich is considerably colder than the last one. Got a heating Tube already that keeps the temps over 19C in the day when the light are running (at 30% ) but at night they fall down to like 15C. Is that still a managabable temp for the young plants?

This plant is not overwatered. 100ml / day outside her largest leaves to encourage root growth. Just like her sister and all my plants. Today she got 300ml as it is day 14 and a bit of a spray before lights on. Is there hope or is she just a runt?

Flip to flower delayed because of extension cord led light. Just a delay or problems ahead?After 1,5 weeks of 12/12h, I started to worry why the plant was not showing any signs of flowering and I decided to get in to the tent to check for any light leaks.
