I mean a bit, yeah. Some phenos run small but both of them growing at the same rate... chances are something is off. I noticed your light is 9 inches from your canopy. That's pretty dang close for even bloom bro. I would back that up to 18 inches. Also I'm curious as to what your ph is because that could be an issue. It should be between 5.5-6.5 and one more thing the soil you're using could be the problem. It might be too dense for the roots for auto flowers. It also seems pretty wet (.5 gallons of water every day seems like a lot for those little ladies.) Unfortunately the soil it's in is what's in. Nothing you can do about it now but learn from it I guess. I hope this helps.

Looking at the photo, I would say they are a little smaller, but give them time. I should add that the seeds are from 3 years ago, so the plant won't be as vigorous as with a fresher seed. One last thing... since I didn't stop at the photo, I saw a fungus... when mushrooms grow, it's because they are watered too often. Water well once and then let the soil dry out properly until the pot is light; this could have caused that little delay...
