ive noticed a lot of growth in these girls when the lights are out. they love it! I run 20/4 right now can I switch to 18/6 and if I do could this potentially hurt my ladys or benefit more from it?

No problem whatsoever. I run 18/6 on all my plants (autos throughout, photoperiods during veg). I've tried 20/4 with autos but haven't noticed a difference personally. I say go for it! Good luck!

Auto - preflower/not First grow, both plants different strains both auto fem seeds the tiny plant that didn't grow much is showing signs of preflower but its much bigger mate isn't. We are over 4 weeks from seed obviously I have to be patient but anything I can do to give it a nudge along?

Top cola broke on autoflower I accidentally broke the top main cola on my 5 week old autoflower during LST. Was a clean break, tried to fix it but it died out. She’s close to preflowering but not quite there yet. Is she going to be ok? Will this affect flower production?
