Drain nutrients and add new ones?

Hey, my bubble kush Automatic is late 8 week in full bloom Can I add bio grow down to 1ml/Lund Organic fish mix with 1ml/L? For each casting, bio bloom and bio Topmax are both 3.75ml/L. Or should I rather just downgrade organic grow and leave fish mix away?

cold, rainy, cloudy (outdoor)I planted two feminized seeds 10 days ago. From April 9th to the 21st/22nd, there are rainy and cloudy days, so the girls won't get direct sunlight. WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend. I did something wrong for sure but i need to understand why. I need to learn more guys. Best wishes
