Its definately PH and Overwatering, dont worry about it, they are going to bouce back, just use a lot less than 1L when they are this small and i also would recommend starting them on smaller pots (you want to water more frequently with less, with that setup you have you could water once every 2 weeks). Hope it helps (:

I think its a combination of low RH in the room, to much nutrients and a hot medium for the young plants. And i would look into if the ph is on point in the water and soil. Try to raise the temperature to at least 20 degrees Celsius in the low range. When i veg my plants i have them in a dome the first 2 weeks so they get a even rh and temperature. So my solution for you is, flush medium with ph 5.8 water, rise the temperature a little and rise the rh in the room to 60-80%. And Then just let them have water the next 2 weeks and no nutes. The spots is not going to go away but you wont having any new ones. Good luck.

Might have something to do with your low RH, young seedlings like yours like RH around 60% to 70%. Try adding humidity, I don´t think it will fix the spots you already have but you won´t be getting anymore of them.

Can’t really see to clear in the picture but when I see brown dots I think add some cal mag but you are pretty early in your grow.

nah if i had to guess the cold is responsible for your three fingered instead of five or seven fingered leaves the dots are almost definitely minor ph related stuff. calibrate your tester and make sure you're letting it get a final reading before applying nutrients
