Runtz Muffin buds not fattening up?

I am in week 5 of flower growing runtz muffin. My buds dont really seem to be putting any weight on, any ideas on what could be causing this? First run using monkey nutes, has anybody had any issues with these?
4x2m tent, 9 plants, 7 HPS lights at 600W, LST, Topped.

Fattening up usually takes place in the last few weeks. Just keep doing what you're doing and it will come.

Not great pictures but I would be checking if you have any male pods and if you do and they open the whole area will be pollinated and the buds full of seeds but I can't be sure cos pictures are with lights

I ran two phenos of RM last year both came out predominantly indica with small to golfball size nugs that were hard as rock. I think it may just be the way the strain grows

Can I trim/cut some of the bigger leaves close to the main stem (obviously, the leaves closer to the top that are not forming any buds and just casting shadows) to allow the lower buds to get more light? I am trying to maximize light exposure to hopefully increase my yield.Week 1

ok is it me or do my buds seem small? i m giving them top max and heaven and fish oil and bloom from biobizz. but i just feel for nearly 5 weeks of flower they small. if you agree is there something i can give that will boost the bug growth or am i just being a worry wort???Week 10

I'm using 2 300 watt LED's. I know others that use 1k LED's and pay around $100 for the lights. Does anyone have knowledge about LED power and bud size / yield? I think I'm under powered.
