netting around plants to avoid things that crawl and fly...
a fan - though an outdoor type can be quite expensive. the type you'd see in a nursery or even a golf course drying out a green.
anything that increases rate of evaporation would help. the problem is it is wet / too humid for too long of a period of tiem and that leaves the door open for rot.
Consider switching to autoflowers ... but seriously, you can plant them a bit earlier in season -- possibly in the house with minimal cost for a couple weeks, then bring them outside when warm enough... if they finish before the humid or rainy part of season begins you can avoid the highest risk period of time for bud rot. you'd have to look into when it gets 'swampy' and whether you can avoid it witha 13-14-15 week autoflower. you'd probably have to plant more autos to match your yield of a photo, but could be done and possibly worth it if the logistics add up.
