nope.. i see no "nanners" -- nanners are not a huge problem but will result in a few seeds. they are single anthers or whatever. These stand out -- they start to turn yellow and stand out easily for plucking.. better to get them before they mature and worth the effort...
a pollen sac has a full compliment of male anatomy, on the other hand. It can pollinate an entire tent or room quickly with your ciruclation fans on. these are not worth the fight... unless it is quite literally "1" pollen sac and you never see one again. A true hermie will pop these. it'll be a sac that you can see up close have perforation type lines in it and it will open up with severa anthers (nanners) inside... like a bunch of bananas.. these are bad... once they open it's fucked. when you see a plant popping pollen sacs in the buds, you remove and trash the plant. the seeds are no good. the bud is no good, ... i guess if you could isolate it maybe some extractions are an option? but not worth any risk to the rest of the crop, typically.
it's still got time.. those long hairs will seemingly shorten up (really the calyxes plump around them), then they retract/coil up as they die. as far as timing of that with trichomes, it's a bit variable, but you definitely want that fattening of calyxes to fully take place. sometimes more pistils have color than other times.
you've got a couple weeks at least... once it plumps, probably another 7-10 days after that point to see X% amber trichomes for start of typical harvest window (your personal preference on that all the way up to 100%)
be patient... can even stagger the harvest over time... try 10% amber, try 50% amber... see what you like... the more amber, the more it makes you drowsy.
