I am noticing a weird discoloration on one of the plants. It's starting from the edges of the leaves and growing towards the middle. You can see it in the last photo. I have looked on a few guides, but I haven't been able to find this issue. Can you see what's wrong?

You should check your PH levels. Unless I'm running a monocrop (an entire room of the same keeper pheno started in clone form) I like to run a fluctuating PH schedule with my grows. Different strains and different phenos from strains will feed differently and you need to maintain a propper PH level so the nutrients you're feeding can be made available to the plant. So I alternate PH with each water in soil from 6.2/6.5/6.8 and then repeat. Also make sure your lights arent too close to your little ladies. Make sure you're checking the EC/ppms of your water and nutrients before you water to ensure they're in the appropriate range for whatever stage of growth your plants are at. You should also be checking the EC/ppms of your run off when you water so you know what the levels are at in your medium. I see you keep your day time and night temps the same. You'll want to start bringing your night time temps down a couple degrees from your day time temps so the plants can transpire while they sleep. Keeping your day/night temps the same makes it hard for your plants to off gas and transpire what they up took during your lights on period. This means they wont uptake as much food or water as your grow progresses. This can slow growth, lead to deficiencies, and unnecessary stress. Hope that helps. 🤘

@Price you need to adjust your soils ph immediately my friend . Your plants are unable to uptake nutrients because of the incorrect ph level which we refer to as nutrient lockout. If you dont fix the ph I'm afraid the little plant will not survive The ph needs to be within a range of 6.2-7 in soil but the sweet spot is about 6.4 which allows all nutrients to be available to your plants

Seems like a typically Nutrition-lockout because of a wrong ph caused by the soil. Listen to Mrs_Larimar, she´s right.

I don't have experience with growing indoors, but to me it looks like you might be getting too much moisture building up in those domes/bottles of yours. Even outdoors, I experienced some white spotting on some seedlings that were kept under bottles in the seedling stage. At the time, a fellow grower mentioned to me that white discoloration could be from light burn and I'm wondering if it could be that the pooled moisture on your leaves is magnifying the light and causing some weird kind of exposure to the young leaves. Maybe try use bigger bottles and make sure there's enough airflow, so that they don't get too damp? It looks like you might have 2 issues there, the second could be the manure in your soil mix. Manure can be quite "hot", especially for young plants, possibly too much nitrogen or something in there. You might need to switch out the medium for something more inert. I'm sure they'll come right, just tread lightly with nutrients until they are more stable - sometimes less is more. All the best!

first what is you ph next when you water do you water leaf ? next what type of soil do you use then what nutriment if use ? also how often do you water ?///// i would use ph 5/8 to start no nutriment for the first month use air-rated water(24h)prior to water you can also add seaweed extract at that point then you have to let it dry mostly then water again (not on leaf)you might want to make small hole in your soil if their is no perllite in

Iam guessing that you mixed the soil with the cowmanure=? if yes thats the reason for looking bad. Other possibility is your soil, could you check the bag=? Seedlings looove very Poor soil with nearly to zero nutrients. lets talk about how you mixed the soil/ wich soil it was / and if you put manure in it....... but the solution is always the same....... get another soil...one with nearly no nutrients and a Good ph ( you can rad the ec and Ph on the back of the soilbags.
