Hi there.I’m almost sure it’s a female (pic). I got my first bugs. By the look of it I guess it’s spider mites. What I did so far is spray top and bottom leafs with a neen oil solution after lights out and since I saw it on only 2 of the bottom leafs (removed). Any other tip?

It is looking like thrips , not spider mites , spider mites marks are round dots and not the rules of marks you have. Anyway neem oil is still working on thrips. My only advice would be to spray during 2 week at least to get rid of the bug/larva & eggs 😊 . Your plant is a female, you can see 4 pistils on the picture named " female ? " ✌️🏼

Keep it up with the neem until they seem to be gone. If the neem doesn't work you can get predatory mites or ladybugs to eat the spider mites. Also, you do seem to have a female there so congrats!
