You can remove the larger leaves showing the phosphorus deficiency if you like, but I wouldn't bother removing all of them. It is what it is at this point. The leaves won't fix themselves, but you're only a few weeks from harvest and there's no point stressing the plant or stripping it of most it's leaves or it will slow right down.

if only a portion is crispy, i'd amputate that but leave any leaving material behind so it can continue to be sucked down/used. plants typically shed leaves when done with them... it is also good to remove dead stuff to avoid unwanted opportunities for pathogens and pests. try not to cause more damage than what exists.
