Is there anything I could do to make the buds fatter? Should I prune more leaves? Also, based on the last pics posted, do you think they might have a nitrogen excess? Thanks!!

Hello blasterw32, your girls are looking great. I understand your problem and it does look like they are getting a little bit too much nitrogen. Nitrogen is more needed in veg, and in flower its more about buds so we need more P-K. I would recommend to lower your ph, its very high and at this stage its uptaking more N nitrogen instead of more P phosfor and K Potassium. Try to keep your ph around 5,6 and 5,8 especially at the end of flower. (weeks 7, 8 and 9 of flower) I also recommend to give her less hours of lighting, if possible shorten the amount of lighting daily by 5 or 10 minutes untill the last 2 days before cutting them down. Put them in 48 hours of darkness before cutting, so she stresses and makes extra resin. Hope this was an helpfull answer my friend if so give a like please. Keep on growing. Peace 👍

In puncto Nutrients, well its ok... but i think your Girls would fatten up more with a hgher dosage of Light. I dont know wich lights you are using but to me looking like they want more of this. If possible add some more Light . And you will see they fatten up alot. Nutrients alone dont do that its always a combination of TIME, LIGHT, POTSIZE, and yes in the end NUTRIENTS. All other Components seem fine i only see a lack of light

Hello my friend No defolliation is no longer necessary at this stage and you do not have N deficiency The pH of your water is not good Regarding watering, as explained above, the substrate being inert it will apply fertilizer at each watering, taking care to measure the pH and EC of the nutrient solution. EC or Electro Conductivity is the amount of fertilizer or mineral salts present in an aqueous solution,it will be adjusted according to the needs of the plants according to their stage of development. The pH is the measure used to define whether a water is basic or acidic, the pH scale is 0.0 to 14.0. For the cultivation of coconut fiber it is advisable to maintain a pH between 5.5 and 6.3, depending on the phase of development of plants we will approach more than one value or the other. Generally the ideal PH in growth is 5.8, and 6.0 for the flowering, being able to slightly vary the PH so that all the different nutrients are assimilable by the plants. Fertilizers must be adapted to this substrate, chelated fertilizers will be preferred because of their high absorption by plants, more efficient and fast. There are many manufacturers who create fertilizers specifically for coconut, which offers a wide choice of increasingly refined product lines specialized in this type of hydroponics. It is important to underline that at the present time, there are both mineral and organic fertilizers for coconut cultivation. That's why I recommend you the range of BioTabs fertilizers, designed to be used in soil but also with coconut fibers, is thus an ideal alternative to transform the coco, inert, into a rich and alive substratum, that it will be enough to water with the Clear water without adjusting the pH, the micro life and the beneficial bacteria balancing the acidity levels and assuring the assimilation of the different available nutrients. May the force be with you 💪

@blasterw32 No you shouldnt prune more leaves No I dont think you have an excess of nitrogen But I do think your ph is a little high for coco between 5.9-6.3 is better for optimum nutrient availability. Your plants look pretty good to me and from my experiences the major bulking or fattening up occurs after week 6 and builds in intensity from there so you need patience my friend it will happen. As an organic grower I can reccomend some blackstrap mollasses mixed into your water when feeding this acts a carbohydrate source for your roots and a natural sweetener you can use it right up until harvest with zero negative effects
