Can I use this soil?

You can use most soils if your talking like the little balls thats fine but if its like a discoloration or patch on the soil be weary you really dont wantbto put bad fungi/mold or other possible diseases or stressers. But norm vegg soil or topsoil is great. If your doing just soil maybe stir in like 1/6 in composted manure i like sheep but some people will use horse cow aquatic. Many many options for feeding.
