That is normal. The leaves are reaching for the light. It is ideal for leaves to be praying or perky like this. It promotes growth in vegging

its normal that stage.. but if they start stretch more and still pointing up I will suggest to lower lap to plant distance 60-70cm

Upward curling of leavesOne of my plants has started to have it's lower leaves curl upwards & started to go a yellow tint that's harder to see in my images. What's the optimal temp In a grow roomHey I was hoping to find the best temperature in my grow room. The range that I have in my room is between 22-29, with humidity between 38-52 %. Organic soil 0.1-0.1-0.1 60% soil 40% perlite soil is pretty damn dry on topThe girls seem to be doing ok, little bit of curl up on some of the leaves, which indicates I over watered, humidity is usually 40-50%. Leaves turning yellow from the bottom upMy older plants leaves are turning yellow from the bottom up. Its probably a nitrogen deficiency I think, I read that its common for plants in late flower but this one just shot its first pistils. What would be the smartest thing to do to combat this? Thx
