Bro, it's a lack of humidity and spot heating on the leaf at 29 degrees and above. I noticed a similar phenomenon when testing mixed spectrum matrices (raspberry, pink color) where there were IR LEDs. When using focusing lenses on young plants, this was observed. During flowering, the curling isn't as noticeable, but it's definitely stress - light, temperature - most likely. In the vegetative stage, using not very powerful lamps 6400-3500k without IR diodes didn't cause leaf curling.
