Buds not ripening

This is my first grow, all went well, the colas are huge, fat, many trichomes, etc. But the pistils are mostly white, no amber trichomes, so she seems to be not ready at day 80. Most diaries of the same strain were ready by this time. Should I just wait or something is wrong?

Nothing is wrong. Let it ride.. personally I’d probably chop in a week or so depending on how it looks.
Just remember this - with autos especially you cannot compare grow times with others. They are finicky and some will take 70 days and some will take 120. Even happens from the same genetics/seeds

At this stage my previous one was almost ready for harvest, this one does seem to have a bit more to go. Flowering stageI have not seen much change in the plants in the last two weeks. No growth. I know I have entered the flowering stage but I don't know what to do next in terms of lighting. Should I go from 18 hours of light a day to 12 hours? I have the option to only turn on the red lights.

Defoliation in mid-late floweringCan I still be defoliating in week 5-6 of flowering? The buds seem quite leafy and a lot of the lower sites aren't getting light, I feel like if I removed some of the larger fan leaves on top it would let the full cola grow thick bud sites rather than just the tops?

Plentiful Sites but Micro BudsMaybe it's too early but I'm halfway into week 9 and my bud sites are plentiful but seem small. Been checking as most strains of the seeds I bought are 10-12 weeks.
