I know it takes time for buds to stack and fatten up. My question is, will molasses be of any benefit to me or is that for the organic grows? As I've read the sugar feeds the microbes and not the plant itself. Also how's she looking? if it was your plant what would you change?

Your plant looks perfectly happy and healthy. Molasses in any kind of hydroponics or coco can feed bad bacteria which will make your pH spike and cause a lot of issues. If you are looking to add sugars then you can add bud candy to your feeding schedule. Good luck finishing her up!

Hi there @Rusticbuds, I agree with @GreenMachine, plant looks great. I wouldn't use Molasses, but bud candy or another sugar (I use botanicare sweet raw) will generally help buds out but is used primarily to improve sweetness and taste. I think it improves trichome production a bit too. Another feed I use by botanicare is hydroplex which is designed to ripen denser and fatter buds. Molasses would probably not absorb into your plant, as you said might be better suited to feed microbes in an organic grow. Bud candy and sweet raw will give the plant sugars it can use, and to my understanding the plants use the sugars as an easy energy source and store the excess energy (sugars) in their buds which leads to a sweeter taste and fatter or denser buds.

Very nice work if it is the yield that you are looking for, ask about adding pk 13 14. May the force be with you 💪
