Lighting for seedlings

18/6 light time , if your using a small tent or just a seeding tray then 20watts LED will do just fine. if not then 250 watt max for the first 4 weeks if they are in bigger pot and in tents all set up, raise light if using HID, after that use 400watts at least for the veg then 600watt + for flowering.

Seedling - 150 par/ppfd Veg - 300-500 par/ppfd Flower - 600-1000 par/ppfd das ist zumindest der Plan, an den ich mich grob halte. Besorge dir die Referenzwerte deiner Lampe bzw. ein ppfd-meter (gibt es auch als app fürs smartphone)

the common photoperiod for vegetativo is 18h light / 6h darkness watts for veg depends on tenth surface but I guess 200w is enough for the first 21 days good luck on your grow Buddy!

Personally I put mine under 18/6 at the same intensity as what it will be during veg cycle. The distance from the light changes for me and not light intensity.
