The burned tips are the symptom of overfeeding and dots are the symptoms of a calcium deficiency. There can be 2 reasons for the calcium deficiency. The ph inside the soil is not within the right range or you do simply not give enough calcium. You know which of these problems caused the deficiency the best. Cut down on the nutrients a bit, make sure that you water with the right pH and add a cal-mag supplement if you did not use one yet.

What the other two already said here-I 100% agree on. Massivetids & GMSgrows said what I would have said. Id listen to em. If everything else is still good, and your humidity is still in range, then its what they just said.

A potassium deficiency can cause the edges to brown but with the spots and tip you may be to heavy on the nutrients, creating some lockout. Do a slurry test and see where your ph and ec levels are at. Collect the first bit of water from the planter let it settle a few minutes and check. Adjust as needed for the substrate your growing in.
