I rather doubt it's mildew... just doesn't look like it tbh.... I think you've definitely got a deficiency of SOME micronutrient (boron? calcium? phosphorous?) - and the culprit for these deficiencies is always an out-of-range PH. You need to check the PH of your runoff and if it's high (over 6.5), you should do a flush (run 3x the amount of water through your plant as the pot size - so if you're growing in a 1 gallon pot, you'd run 3 gallons of ph'd water through)... if it's low, you don't need to do a flush, you just need to get the PH up to a minimum of 6. Always always always check the ph of whatever it is you're giving her whether it's water or nutes and try to maintain a ph in that range... 6.3 is the "sweet spot" that will allow your plant to get everything she needs for a healthy grow.
I'm also going to suggest to you that you start a diary for this grow! That way, when/if other questions or problems crop up, there will be far more information we can access to help you out! It's one of the things that makes this site so valuable!
Good luck!
