Yellow dot on first leave

Can anybody identify what may be causing the yellow dot on my Simple Wedding Cake and autoberry? Could it be a bit of light burn from a water droplet on the leaf or something that needs addressing? Thankyou in advance

The initial leaves are often marked ect from rhe casting off of the seed or general making way through soil. don't worry , she looks nice and healthy. those little round leaves will feed her perf2ctly until she gets to about the 5th set of leaves so just a little water is all that's needed now. Good luck

Probably just a water drop on the leaf during watering. Nothing to worry about this is not a deficiency or other problem. Enjoy your grow!

Seedling Light-burn or ToxicityHi growers!
Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.

Suddenly, massive problems. Tried a lot already, nothing helped yet. Any ideas what I'm missing?Hey guys, I've been growing for a few years now and something like this has never happened to me. thougt driving with co2 increases the Nutrition need

Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
Leaves are still Belbn but only top not bottom stems are purple....
I am honestly at a loss (2nd grow)
should i flush or add P ?

Natural or Problem?Is this natural yellowing or is there a problem? pH to 6.3 and runoff is 5.7. The stem is awfully purple, watering/feeding is where I struggle. 1st pic - 4/21 and 2nd pic - today(4/24). Seems to have escalated over the last few days. Do-si-do auto about 10 weeks.
