Calcium and magnesium deficiency, perhaps caused by an excess of nitrogen, lower the nitrogen doses a bit and add a calcium and magnesium supplement (if the latter contains nitrogen, lower the nitrogen-based vegetative food even more). Before implementing this, do a root flush with water without nutrients and the correct pH, let the water drain a bit to clean any possible leftover excess minerals, and when it dries, complement with the indicated nutrients.
The damaged leaves will remain the same, but the problem shouldn't progress, and the plant should resume its normal growth once the deficiency is resolved.
