The soil has been too wet it seems since the beginning
Watering with 10 percent of the pot's weight should be enough if done slowly and the substrate is of good quality and well-aerated
What type of substrate have you used? Any commercial mix or did you make it yourself?
With autos, it is VERY important that the substrate is NOT soaked during the first weeks.
If it is soaked, the roots become lazy, the root system will be small, and you'll have a dwarf plant
Two options:
1. If you want to keep these plants, I recommend removing the top layer of the substrate (1 or 2 cm), adding new substrate, and letting the pot "dry" until the next watering.
2. Start from scratch with NEW and well-aerated substrate. I recommend 80 percent Light Mix substrate + 20 percent Perlite
You can also replace or add the perlite with expanded clay balls (arlita)
Good luck!
