Don't forget that Autos will not tolerate high EC feeds like photoperiod plants will. They can go into shock and enter flower earlier then expected. Less is more with them. up to 1/3 to 1/2 the strength. I have used feed water feed before on peat medium grows, its not the same as coir but it is very close. it still worked out for me. When giving only water, water for what is needed, no runoff. Then get 20% runoff when they are getting their feed. Not everyone has the option to be wasting nutrients and I like to try and spread it out a bit. Ideally the best option is to feed always and get 10-20% runoff each time but its not always possible. when we say % on runoff its percentage of the pots volume. eg 1000ml pot [10% = 100ml] [20% = 200ml] and this is only if your feed is correct. Might require a bit more runoff to fix a overfeed. Good Luck!

So what I’m reading is that you feed your plants with nutrients/water EVERY time. Does this mean that the day after I give them nothing or feed them everyday then occasionally flush with just water

Never feed water feed in coco. Always feed with nutrients. Test your runoff to see the ppm coming out. Example if you feed 500ppm and test the runoff and its 350ppm that's good. Shows the plant is taking up the nutrients well. If you feed 500ppm and the runoff is 800 that's bad. Shows that there is more salts in the root zone than the plant material. If runoff is higher than whats going in you just lower the ppm. You always want your runoff around 25-30% lower than whats going in.

I wouldn’t run feed water feed on anything grown in coco , you would be essentially flushing the medium between every feed and especially on an auto that has such a short time to grow I wouldn’t want my auto looking for food every other day . Once every 4 feeds is good for a flush if you’re worried about lockout or what evs .
