Hi, how are these little grow helpers (in front of the Foto, in yellow and red and in the back blue) called? Those which hold the plant in position and helps it not to snap off. The little yellow and red plastic thing which hold the plant in position. Thank you

Are they removable? A little breeze on babies will strengthen the stalk. I have never had an issue with weak stems. I would be worried they'll choke the stalks when they get big. Cheers

How long can autos flower apart from another, if planted at the same time, and same strain? One of my girls is flowering and the other not?Same every thing. Same pot size, same lighting, time, space, and amount. The only variable is the not flowering yet one had a harder transplant. Been 2wks. Could be stress or no? Ill wait of course. Looking at the image would this be a concern that what i assume are pistils coming through on day 14 only?
