Newbie at advanced training techniques here. What do you fellow growmies think of this plant? I bent the main stalk 90 degrees, topped pretty high, then lollipopped and LST’ed the other branches a week later (today). No stress visible. Did I do too much?

Your membrane can go like that. It is a slight sign that your plant is lacking. Some silica to toughen up the walls and overall plant will be good.
That HST stem is done fine buddy. I zoomed on and I can see if broke the membrane in the right way. And she'll sit just fine. That'll harden up in the coming week.
Now, been you done that.
If you don't tie it down. What will happen. She'll grow back up and it'll be like you didn't HST her (height wise, the HST still applies regardless) so, I'd look to start tieing her down to a desired height. You can leave some slack on the tie and she'll raise up as much as u allow or you can set her the way she is now. Or leave it like i did with my Pulp Fiction and I only took about 5cm off. I should of tied down.
