hello, you have the same problem that i had in my diary, the spot seems like magnesium malabsorption and potassium burns. If you use the tap water probably you have too much crystallized salts so you have an high pH in the soil. I'm almost sure that you have a pH issue in the soil. Good luck!

how are you monitoring the PH to ensure its in check? might want to attach a diary to this question as there is a lot of questions it can help answer that people with have regarding this grow question. just looking at pics some of it looks overfed others under. Curious of the light schedule and intensity. and what nutrients your feeding it the methoyd your using of growing. So many unknowns. Good Luck!
