Purple strain trichome - purple or amber?

First time growing purple strain (Purple kush). Are the trichomes going purple and not amber, or it's just the bud colour reflection?

Hello, I see differt type of purple strains, some of them show an amber final trichomes and some show a purple color inside. So i think that you can expect to see their trichomes become amber or violet at the end.

Are my top buds ready for harvestingI have been growing my royal dwarf for over 8 weeks now. The trichomes on the top buds all look cloudy (no amber's yet) and I was wondering whether I could cut the top 4-5 buds? A lot of the pistils are still white but none of the trichomes are clear. Is This Done Flowering Early?This is supposed to be a 63-70 day flowering time, but I'm at 52 days and I can't imagine these going another 12 to 18 days. It's already throwing out a second set of pistils. What do you think, chop in the next couple days or wait?

History shows that I have doubled the plants, pot volume with water and flushed till TDS is low >100 ppm
ie: 10gal gets flushed with 20
Have there been any changes / additives worth looking at, to improve results ???

What's going on here?Some buds on both strains are showing this look. It isn't widespread but is on 3 of 5 plants. Close to harvest and isn't a major deal but do want to know for future grows. My grow looks good. I will update my diary this weekend. We have to keep those buds looking good.
