Leaves spotting brown round shapes

Idk What to do anymore. I tried flushing the plant that initially had it, and it kept appearing I then fed it again, it kept spreading.
I defoliated all the bad leaves and it started popping up on another plant's leaves.
Why is this happening? How could I end it once and for all?

Das sieht für mich nach Schädlingen aus. Thripse um genau zu sein.
Diese sind sehr schwer zu finden, da die winzig sind. Am besten mit Neem-Öl oder Nützlingen dagegen vorgehen.

Ergänzung:
bitte keine Blätter mehr abschneiden, die Pflanze hat nichts was ansteckend ist. Es sind Thripse, da bin ich mir sehr sicher.
Blaue Sticker helfen um die Thripse zu fangen und anzuzeigen.
Los wird du die Thripse mit Nematoden (Nützlinge). Ich hatte noch Neem-Öl vorgeschlagen aber deine Pflanze ist schon sehr weit in der Blüte, also würde ich das Öl nicht mehr verwenden.

Please note that one of the plants has this on EVERY LEAF, but is already forming nice dense buds so i haven't touched it. She seems to be the fastest growing and most healthy out of the bunch. Should I also remove all affected leaves from that plant?
That would mean removing almost every leaf, hence I am afraid to do it...

Can root damage cause this?The little f*cker has a major damage to his taproot since germination phase. I accidently broke the tip of it. But she was very strong.
