IMO it seems like over-watering. Also, 84 F is pretty warm. At this temp you should have a higher humidity, around 65 to 75% - https://i.imgur.com/L7jOoRH.gif And the difference vs. the night is huge at 21 F. Such a big difference isn't healthy. I guess you are keeping the plants warm by leaving the light on 24Hrs? Although there are a lot of conflicts to ideal lighting schedules, I personally think the plants should be given some rest. "It has been suggested that, when subjected to a regimen of constant light without a dark period, cannabis begins to show signs of decreased photosynthetic response, lack of vigor, and an overall decrease in vascular development." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabis_cultivation Consider instead to allow a dark period and get a heater to keep the plants warm during that time: http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/tubular-heater-thermostat But then I'm also not an experienced grower, just been reading a lot. So take what I say with a grain of salt if you wish 😁

Yes, I agree with the other posts, the dark deep ridges and dropping of the leaves is a clear give away of overwatering. You want them to be light green and peppy lifted and reaching for the light.

Looks like overwatering to me. Seedlings don’t need too much water in the beginning. Personally I water the soil really good a day or two before planting the seed. After planting the seed I mist the top of the soil with a hand spray bottle until the seedling sprouts. Then I wait around a week before watering again. There should be plenty of water in the soil to support the seedling for the first week. And I believe it encourages the tap root to go deeper and develop more quickly. Typically I don’t need to water more than once per week until she starts stretching.

If you have a 600w light at 40 cm that would be the problem. In fact for plants this age anything closer than 150 would be too close. In my opinion the yellowing is from the high powered light burning the leaves. You do well lifting the light considerably you’ll still get the warmth you were looking for without scorching the young leaves
