Is it normal for auto flower to have wildly different vegging times? I have 2 plants from same batch of seed ( I know the came from the same parent plant, as I made them myself)

Then they likely weren’t stabilized parents. This is commonplace these days with breeders unfortunately. Showing stigmas/pistils can just be showing sexual maturity not actually flowering. If it’s past 8 weeks old the chances it’s a photoperiod are high

It right about 8 weeks , I’ll give it another week and if no sign of flowering I’ll flip the Light to a 12–12 and see what happenes

both parents were autoflowers also - it has preflowers

Yes or you could have one that received the day neutral/autoflowering trait and one that did not- depending on parents
