that first picture looks like it is a leaf. i can see the vein. Only look at trichomes on the calyxes - the things with the hairs portruding from it. trichomes pisitls density of buds use all three to be consistent. trial and error. can even take some buds early / middle / late and the bulk whenever you want... nothing negative will happen over 7-10 days if you stagger your harvest.

Normally, trichomes of the leaves they mature faster then the calyxes (the buds themselves). Check the trichomes on the calyxes, if they are like the photos, time to harvest. If you want a more narcotic couch-lock effect leave it for another week.
