You're outdoors, you DO NOT need to defoliate
The plant will start consuming the lower leaves when it needs to, but even in that situation, you DO NOT need to remove the leaves until they are completely yellow (since it's a sign that it has consumed the nutrients from the leaves)

I only defoliate when neccessary, and from what I can see you're doing pretty good with out, you might be able to take a handful off the bottom to let a bit more airflow through but other the that you're fine...They look good and healthy and for sure, good job!!

Necrotic Leaves caused by Calclium defficiencies. Should they be removed or should they be left on. I removed them from my plant. It appears to have been caused by a PH spike while I was away for 2 days. Plant seems to be recovering, but I removed the leaves yesterday. Thanks.Week 3

Rust spots on lower leavesrust spots on lower leaves on mainly one strain, started at tip of leaf. Happened after res change and had PH swings during that time until it was adjusted/settled. Full EC again. PH swing? Maybe cal(or)mag issue? PH is back at 5.9 now, running bennies. Maybe Slightly droopy?

thrips - before i sprayHey guys, finally got the soap and about to finally exterminate the bastards! Plan is to fill squirt 1L bottle with 3/4 soap to 1/4 water, spray and wipe each leaf, not leaving any soapyness. Repeat each day, anything i'm missing before i start?
