Root zone biodiversity will be a nonissue once eyou are using 100% soluble and plant ready product. if the nutes you use are already chelated, bacteria is not needed outside of competition to reduce risk of bad bacteria et al gaining a foothold.
Outside it may be perfectly fine to use 20-20-20 because it's more about supplementingn your local ground soil contents. if gaia green 4 4 4 was fine, then this will be fine too. adjust to proper concentation and it's giving same ratio of building blocks as before, so you'lll have similar results as before. growth is faster with 100% chelated nutrients.
