In der Nacht steigt die Luftfeuchte im Blütezelt auf 70%… Die Temperatur beträgt 30-32 Grad. Habe ich Risiko auf Schimmel? Denn wie ich verstanden habe benötigt man Feuchtigkeit + Kälte für Schimmel, bei mir wäre es Feuchtigkeit + Wärme + 2 Ventilatoren

you're at risk, but it's a lot dependent on strains and phenotypes within a strain, some are much weaker to mold than some others while some others phenotypes can face 99% humidity at night and won't bother.

I would say you heavily asking for it.
On days 50-55, rare cases 60, nights 70% rh is still last cut off zone, but temps must be at 25 Celsius, worst case 27 if air is moved insanly a lot inside.
Those cut off zones i found by many unsuccessful grows. In uk ;))))) or with weaker air circulation its huge problem.
