I changed the lights of my plant and the shock must have been too big. Some of the leaves reacted like this. I found the change very interesting, can someone explain to me what happened?

This looks like the leaves couldn't get enough water, so they got a partial necrosis.. it happens often if the pH is too high in the beginning, and then there's no water going into the plant or not enough.. This will just stop after a while, when the juices start running! It can also be due to the plant getting used to a stronger light. I would keep an eye on the new growth, if that looks good, you're fine!

It looks pretty almost like a Variegation but I know its not. I agree that the light is probably to close or strong for the plant at this time. You should have done a hardening off phase where the light is on a super low setting then increase it daily by 10% till you get to the point you need it at. Given your plant is under stress it might take a week or so to bounce back to its normal self. it may not be eating or drinking the same amounts and could easily drop some of them damaged leaves. Good Luck!
