Epsom salt as a foliar or you could just buy bio bizz calmag and not worry about dosing with epsom. If you go for foliar feed (fine mist) do it during the dark or literally just before lights out so you dont burn your leaves by magnifying your light through moisture droplets. Also, your aloe could come in handy in a tiny amount to act as a surfacant so that you get a higher absorbption rate rather than the liquid just rolling off the leafs after application.

If you use egg shells for mg it is natural and very effective. Get a load of shells and wash them out to remove inner gunk then break them up into small pieces as you put them into a baking tray. Put them in the oven on medium heat and watch them until they start to brown off. Ideally some will be too browned off and help provide a little carbon too. Let it all cool down then grind Into a powder and add a teaspoon to your toppings initially. All natural and no risk.

In my organic living soil I use powdered oyster shells for calcium. Hard tap water or the bottled water Evian has extra cal/mag too!!
